Book An Event

Mission is one of the premier Washington D.C venues for events of all sizes and kinds. With multiple event spaces and located in the heart of Dupont Circle, Mission is the perfect location for your next event. Mission’s two floors, two large bar areas, three dining areas and spacious patios allow it to host events like birthdays, alumni events, late night wedding after-parties, corporate receptions, fundraisers, group brunches and dinners and more. 

As much of our event business is repeat customers, Mission goes all out to ensure that your event is perfect! The events team will work with you to select food and beverage options, decorations and more. Our goal is to make planning and executing an event as easy and stress free as possible for the hosts. 

Unlike other venues, Mission does not charge a room rental fee. Depending on the desired space and evening, a minimum revenue requirement may be required. For larger events, Mission is availability for buyouts. Mission’s sister restaurant, Hawthorne, can also accommodate large groups on its four floors and award-winning rooftop. 

Loft

Revenue Minimum- $750-$1000 depending on desired time and evening. Mission never charges rental fee. Please inquire for more information as minimums can vary. 

The Loft is Mission’s premier event space, with its own private bar. Its’ features include a marble topped bar, stained glass windows, and a large television. 

Capacity: Cocktail Style: 50-75, Seated: 30

Brick Room

Revenue Minimum- $500 - $1000 depending on desired time and evening. Mission never charges rental fee. Please inquire for more information as minimums can vary. 

The Brick Room is a popular space located on the main floor of Mission. Its’ features include brick wall and antique sconces. For late night events, it is located by the DJ booth and is perfect for a dance floor. 

Capacity: Cocktail Style: 40-60 (can be combined with back bar space for additional room), Seated: 30

Private Dining Room

Revenue Minimum- $250-$500 depending on desired time and evening. Mission never charges rental fee. Please inquire for more information as minimums can vary. 

Mission’s private dining room is the perfect place for intimate dinners and brunches. Its’ features include reclaimed church pews, sconces and chandeliers, and a custom made marble table.

Dining Room

Revenue Minimum- $1500 - $4000 depending on desired time and evening. Mission never charges rental fee. Please inquire for more information as minimums can vary. 

Mission’s main dining room features cozy Mexican tiles, a ceiling made of reclaimed wood, antique sconces and plush leather walls. It is perfect for large dinner and brunch groups. For large groups, Mission recommends an a la carte or buffet menu. Please contact our events team for sample menus. 

Capacity: Seated: 40 guests (can be combined with other spaces for more seats)

Front Bar

Revenue Minimum- none

The front bar is a space located in Mission’s main bar area, overlooking the patio. It is perfect for casual happy hours, gatherings, birthday parties, late night celebrations and more. Guests can order food and drinks from the bartenders on a master tab or start their own tabs.

Capacity: Cocktail Style: 15-30 guests

Back Bar

Revenue Minimum- none

The back bar is a space located in Mission’s main bar area, under the large bull horns. It is perfect for casual happy hours, gatherings, birthday parties, late night celebrations and more.
